A COMPANY HISTORY Since its establishment, Bisbee & Associates has employed some of the most skilled and experienced sales, marketing, and engineering professionals in the energy industry. Over the past ten years, B&A has built core competencies in specific customer markets, including restaurants, hospitals, schools, municipalities, state governments, nursing homes, and residential consumers. B&A was founded by Alex Bisbee, an experienced sales and management executive from the energy service company (ESCO) business, including stints at Honeywell, Siemens, and Boeing. The practice grew in 2001 with the addition of a new partner, Jon Mool, who also came from the same industry, with a track record with Honeywell International in Chicago and Denver. Jon and Alex have continued to own and operate the company as principals, with a high level of hands-on engagement for every one of their clients. Jon and Alex both have experience in startup companies as well, founding and launching a group purchasing company in the nonprofit industry in 1999. As B&A’s experience and client lists have grown, so has its base of consultants and partners throughout the industries in which it operates. B&A also employs a deep bench of partner resources to expand its core competencies and meet client needs in diverse areas such as quality management, market research, engineering, and banking.
